ROUSHcharger with Intercooler

Add serious power to your truck with the ROUSHcharger® Kit (with Intercooler). This supercharger kit adds 145 hp and 143 lb-ft of torque at the flywheel to 2004-2008 Ford F-150 and Lincoln Mark LT trucks with the 5.4L (3V) engines, and works with both 4x2 and 4x4 models. This kit will bring the new total power of your engine to 445 hp and 500 ft-lb of torque.

This system has been extensively dyno tested and unit comes complete with all necessary hardware, brackets, fasteners and instructions with an estimated installation time of ten hours. Please note that 2007-2008 model year truck require the ROUSHcharger Supplemental Kit along with this part.

Main components include a ROUSH® M112 Roots-style supercharger, intake manifold, air-to-water intercooler system, high-flow fuel injectors and induction system. In addition to this hardware, the key to maximizing performance is the upgraded ROUSH PCM calibration. ROUSHcharger owners must ship their PCM unit to ROUSH Performance for the necessary calibration. This kit also features the "ROUSH" logo, showing that serious performance lies within when you raise your hood.
